The Mar Vista Community Council

The mission of the Mar Vista Community Council (MVCC) is to provide a forum for discussion of issues that affect the quality of life of MVCC Stakeholders, to facilitate stakeholder communication, and serve as the advocate for the Council area with officials of the City of Los Angeles and other governmental and non-governmental entities.

Westside Village (Mar Vista’s Zone 1)

This neighborhood is bounded by: National Boulevard on the north, Charnock Road on the south, Sepulveda Boulevard on the west, Overland Avenue on the east.

North Westdale Neighborhood Association (Mar Vista’s Zone 2)

The approximate boundaries of The South Mar Vista Neighborhood Association are Venice Boulevard, Washington Place/Boulevard, Sawtelle Boulevard, and Beethoven Street.

Westdale Homeowner’s Association (Part of Mar Vista’s Zone 3)

While the Zone 3 neighborhood is bounded by: National Boulevard on the north, Palms Boulevard on the south, Centinela Boulevard on the west, the 405 Freeway on the east; this homeowner’s association is only focused on the boundaries of: National Boulevard on the north, Palms Boulevard on the south, Inglewood Boulevard on the west, Sawtelle Boulevard on the east.

The approximate boundaries of this neighborhood are: Palms Boulevard on the north, Venice Boulevard on the south, Inglewood/Centinela Boulevards on the west, Sawtelle Boulevard on the east.
